There is also a shop tag for Diamond's Waverly Shop in Phoenix.
There is a paper tag that says size 12, but since this is a vintage dress, make sure you see measurements in photos to ensure sizing.
It looks to be in excellent condition. Not sure the era--maybe the 50s or 60s. Can be styled for a cool 80s vibe too.
